Description of each fundraising program.

 

The fundraising activities consist solely of the planning and conduct of a “Steak Out” fundraising dinner for which tickets are sold and may be redeemed for a steak dinner, either as “take-out” or on-site consumption in the parking lot of a local business.  At the “Steak Out” location, silent and traditional auctions are conducted for the sale of donated merchandise.  School apparel also is sold at retail prices. The “Steak Out” typically is conducted in February of each year, and only in the City of Bradenton, County of Manatee, State of Florida.

 

While not a significant source of funds, general cash donations are accepted and are included in accounting for the receipt expenses of the fundraiser dinner.
