  RESERVATIONS POLICY

For ALL, participation is strictly be accepted reservation ONLY. We expect to limit reservations to approximately 12 per team. The acceptance of a event reservation request is DISCRETIONARY with the Commissioner. As a matter of general guidance and prediction, acceptances may be determined based upon subjective evaulation of:

  1. COVID Compliance: The demonstrated willingness of the player to observe the SPIRIT as well as the letter of all COVID response regulations despite any disagreement and or opinion as to necessity for those regulations. Please remember that ALL players, for their safety and for the safety of everyone with whom they may come in contact during their daily lives, expect EVERY other player to fully and strictly observe these requlatons without players having to say or do ANYTHING to induce the other player to observe the regulations. This is the essence of the "social contract" that we ALL have with everyone of each other. We all give up a little of our personal "freedom" for the protections of others. If you cannot live up to your end of the bargain, then please do not make the other player, any other player or any league official be "the bad guy", because you can expect that they will be "the bad guy" and that your participation may be IMMEDIATELY terminated, without discount, and future participation denied;

  2. Needed Positions: For example CATCHERS and pitchers;

  3. Financial Fairness: ALL players whose request for reseration is accepted, WILL be charged for the event WHETHER OR NOT they attend or participate in full or in part. Game fees will be based up $5 PLUS $2 per inning, or part thereof, which either team plays;

  4. Past Support of the league;

  5. Length of time in the league; and

  6. Other Consideratons deemed appropriate by the Commissioner.
